Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all tours and services booked with RTTO Travel & Tourism ("RTTO", "we"), a licensed inbound tour operator based in Amman, Jordan. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Our services
We organise private and small-group tours, day trips, hotel stays, transport and guiding services inside Jordan. We do not sell or book international flights. Flight times and tickets are the traveller's responsibility.
2. Quotes and prices
- Every quote is prepared for your dates, group size and hotel choice, and is valid for the period stated on it.
- Prices are per person in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are based on rooms in double or twin sharing. Single rooms carry a supplement.
- The price includes only the services listed under "Included" in your quote or tour page.
3. Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit stated in your quote and send you a written confirmation.
- The balance is due before the tour starts, on the date shown in your confirmation.
- Payments can be made by secure online payment link or bank transfer. Any bank or transfer charges are paid by the sender.
4. Jordan visa
- For travellers whose nationality qualifies for a visa on arrival and who stay more than two nights in Jordan, we arrange the visa free of charge as part of the tour.
- For shorter stays, the visa fee is paid by the traveller.
- Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Some nationalities need a visa before travel; please check with us when booking.
5. Changes
- If you need to change dates, hotels or the itinerary, tell us in writing as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability; any price difference will be charged or refunded.
- We may need to change the order of visits, a hotel or a vehicle because of weather, safety, road conditions or availability. In that case we provide a replacement of the same or higher standard.
6. Cancellations by you
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email. Refunds are calculated from the day we receive your email, according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Cancellations by us
If we must cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of the amounts paid to us. If a tour cannot run because of events outside our control (for example natural disasters, border closures, government decisions or serious security incidents), we will offer a new date or refund all amounts that we can recover from hotels and suppliers.
8. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our prices. We strongly recommend that every traveller has insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide correct names, passport details and contact information when booking.
- Be on time for pick-ups and follow the guidance of your driver and guide, especially at archaeological sites and in the desert.
- Respect local customs and laws.
- Inform us of any medical condition, mobility limitation or dietary need before travel.
10. Liability
We select our hotels, drivers, guides and partners carefully. We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay or extra costs caused by events outside our control, by third parties not engaged by us, or by the traveller's own actions. Our liability is limited to the price of the services booked with us.
11. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we can fix it on the spot. Written complaints can be sent to

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
